Crunchy Tuna Salad
Ingredients
1 can (6 oz) tuna¼ cup celery
¼ cup diced apples
2½ tbsp light mayonnaise
2½ tbsp sweet relish
Directions
- Combine tuna, mayo and relish. Mix well
- Fold in celery and apple. Refrigerate for about 1 hour before serving (I don’t usually have time to do this, and it still turns out just fine)
- Serve on salad greens or as sandwich filling on wholegrain bread
