  • 1 ½ Cups Pitted honey dates
  • 1 Cup Raw Almonds
  • 1 Cup Buckwheat flakes (oatmeal would work too)
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper or aluminium foil. Place all ingredients in the food processor in this order: dates, almonds, buckwheat, and cinnamon. Process until ingredients are mixed well and dough sticks together. If it is a little dry, you can add a few tablespoons of water, a little at a time.

Transfer into the prepared pan and press evenly. Bake for 15 minutes in the centre of the oven. Let cool about five minutes. Store leftovers in the fridge or freezer.
